Dena has been with her husband longer than she has been working in HR! Together they are raising their teenaged son. They spend much of their free time north of Edmonton at their small cabin enjoying boating, riding, fishing, sledding and other outdoor adventures.
Dena Gillies, Managing Director
Capital HR Solutions
Dena partners with clients to lay the Human Resources foundation for growth. Having Human Resources programs, processes and systems in place before a period of growth is like having a compass, map and supplies prior to a hike. You will get to the destination quicker, without injury and have some fun along the way.
With over 20 years in the Human Resources business, Dena has worked for large corporations such as PCL Construction, Hewlett Packard, Loblaws and Maple Leaf Foods.
